Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

Thank you for choosing Dancing Skunks! Each product is handmade with care to ensure quality and functionality. If your item doesn’t meet these standards, I want to hear about it.

All sales are final once shipped.  However, if your product has a manufacturing defect, I’m happy to repair or replace it. For non-custom orders, cancellations before shipping are eligible for a full refund.

So if someone has given you an amazing gift from Dancing Skunks  and the color or pattern isn't quite your style and you'd like to exchange it for one that suits your tastes more, no problem!  Please leave it in unused/unwashed condition and contact us so we can help you find the perfect match!

Once an item is shipped, tracking is available, but I no longer have control over delivery. If you need assistance locating your package, I’m happy to provide tracking details.
